Dutch Cyclist Annamiek van Vlueten comes in this year at 14th in the Top 25. She has had a number of wins, most tellingly being the World Time Trail Champion on the road. She also won the Giro Rosa, La Tour, and was the UCI Womens World Tour Champion.
The 36 year old is the oldest persons is this years list, and has never featured before.
